There is no Jon Basil Black without mentioning my mother whose passion for food I adopted. Working as a school nurse by day and attending night classes at New York Culinary Institute, her drive and vision influenced the creation of J.Black Catering. With a foundation built on a love for cooking and a determination to share exceptional flavors, J.Black Catering emerged from humble beginnings. What started as a personal pursuit of creativity in the kitchen has blossomed into a full-fledged catering company, serving those who appreciate the artistry of cuisine.
